- 1 frozen banana
- ½ cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- ½ cup chocolate milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- ½ cup Cheerios (original)
- 1 tablespoon natural peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon flaxseed meal
- 1 dash cinnamon
- Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into a bowl and top with unsweetened shredded coconut, cacao nibs or mini chocolate chips, Cheerios, sliced banana and a drizzle of natural peanut butter.
